Refund policy

Items purchased from MLene's Boutique are eligible for store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt. A valid Return confirmation is required for items to be returned for store credit or exchange. 

Items that are displayed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for store credit or exchanges.

All customers are responsible for shipping their returns to our returns department

MLene's Boutique does not provide refunds (only store credit or exchange)

 

To be eligible for a store credit or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a store credit or exchange you can contact us at lenesboutique885@gmail.com. If your rstore credit or exchange is accepted, you will then be reponsible for sending back the items, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any store credit or exchange questions at lenesboutique885@gmail.com. Store credit or exchanges will not be honored until original merchandise has been received and accepted


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot give credit or exchange sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
